- Grow mining Parts sales and POPS-C. Meet and exceed Mining parts and service revenue and margin targets.
- Animated and develop After Market sales solutions within the Group.
- Regular customer site visit with the countries PSSR
- Set up and regularly monitor KPI’s related to AM activity (turnover, margin, profitability, order portfolio, POPS, Connectivity, number of CVA’s, opportunities, closing rate, …) PSE lead management with the cluster PSSR ‘s team.
- Ensure appropriate PSSR coverage and skills by country level
- Organize weekly AM parts and service sales. Weekly commercial meeting to set up and animate (coverage, performance, points / closure on major deals, escalation of problems encountered to find solutions, etc.)
- Handle commercial discussion with CAT (marketing program deployment – Target set up)
- Ensure coordination between the Logistics and Technical departments to ensure that we are meeting our contractual commitments with the mining customers.
- Ensure team spirit, cooperation, and motivation within his team.
- Actively participate in the preparation of the annual budget and possible revisions during the year
