SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Based in West Africa – Rotation Scheme
Scope of work :
As Senior Maintenance Technician and first point of contact of the client on site, you will be responsible for conducting preventing and curative maintenance of machinery equipment on site.
You will assist repair mechanics and technicians in the diagnosis/troubleshooting and repair of equipment failures.
Responsibilities :
Technical
- Conduct periodic inspections on machines under you supervision
- Perform preventive maintenance of the machines
- Perform specific diagnostics and troubleshooting of machines failures using documentation, measurement tools, …
- Assist in the repairs of the machines.
Non Technical
- Ensure work duties are conducted in a safe and clean manner and environment

Complete regular and appropriate service reports :
- Monitoring maintenance
- Necessary parts list
- Repairs
- Preparation
- Hours of a breakdown
- Breakdown repair time
- Failure Analysis when required
- …
- Observe and enforce safety rules specific to the site.
- Liaise regularly with Corporate Technical Managers, Technical Communicators and Aftermarket sales Representatives
Tutoring
- Perform continuous tutoring and mentoring of junior staff when needed
